We are delighted to share the news that **Dr. Karma Nanglu** will start his own research group in the West Coast at the prestigious University of California Riverside in Fall 2025! Karma's work on the biodiversity, paleobiology and paleoecology of Cambrian and Ordovician sites with exceptional preservation is an ideal fit to the well established [paleontological strengths of UC Riverside](https://trilobyte.ucr.edu/), which includes exceptional long-term research programs led by Prof. Mary Droser (Ediacaran paleobiology) and Prof. Nigel Hughes (trilobite develpment and biostratigraphy). We wish Karma all the best and much success with this exciting new chapter!
