Welcome to research interns Solène Bourdas and Leo Laborieux
We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to our Spring 2024 research interns Solène Bourdas and Leo Laborieux, who will be working alongside graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in some of the exciting projects in the lab. Solène is currently pursuing a master's degree on evolutionary biology at the University of Lille, France, and will be working on reconstructing three dimensional datasets of excptional fossils from the early Cambrian of British Columbia under the supervision of Rudy Lerosey Aubril (Research Scientist). Leo comes to us as part of the MEME programme for his last rotation, and will join our HFSP-funded grant to investigate the evolution and functional morphology of arthropod gills in deep time. Welcome to the team!
